On a yellow background, the tapestry shows in its center a sun with orange-red rays of sunlight. The sun is divided in four parts, in the manner of a coat of arms, showing an amphora with olive tree branches, oaks leaves, a head of a sheep and poem verses. The rest of the tapestry is decorated with leaves of several fruit trees, grapes and glasses of wine. The sun and poem verses are typical of Lurçat's work. We found these two elements in "Liberté", one of his most famous tapestry made as a tribute to Paul Eluard.
